Our chosen compensation plan is a 2 x 2 and 2 x 3 Forced Matrix System, it is a system that require every members to introduce 2 people each, once any member introduces more than 2 people. Such extra Person (people) will spill over (or spill under), which will make the matrix stages to fill faster with the power of follow your leader principle.
The adopted income plan will allow members to earn from 6 different stages. With onetime entry fee of $50, upon introduction of people by any registered member. That member is entitle to Fast Mover's Fund of 30%, that is to say $15 is paid to member that introduce one person through his/her referral link that registered and pay registration fee of $50. Members can introduce as many new people as possible.

The forced matrix herein allows member to move from starter point to Diamond stage without paying any additional fee! Below are details of how members are rewarded as they move from stage to stage:

Starter Point

STARTER POINT is a 2 x 2 force matrix which is the starting point for everyone that wishes to be part of GCircle's opportunity and this is the Point that feed other stages up to Diamond stage. When the 2 x 2 get filled, you automatically move to next stage (BRONZE). Your direct and indirectly introduced people will follow you everywhere you go. A Fast Mover's Fund of $15 is paid to you for introducing one person. You can introduced as many people as possible, if you introduce 10 people you will be paid $150 Fast Mover's Fund.
Note: This is not a balanced system, you get paid (step out fund) on each person that comes into any of the stage you found yourself. And next level fund is paid to you again-once that stage is fully filled. See table below:

Stage 1 - BRONZE

BRONZE is a 2 x 3 force matrix that gets filled automatically by people that migrated from the starter point and this stage feed other stages up to Diamond. Once two people comes under you in this stage a STEP OUT FUND of $25 will be paid to you on each of them, see table below for more info:

Upon completion of this stage, below is your totals take home rewards:

1st Stage AWARD= MINI-ANDROID PHONE.

NEXT LEVEL FUND = $100
AUTO ENTERING INTO SILVER STAGE

Stage 2 - SILVER

SILVER is a 2 x 3 force matrix that get filled automatically by people that migrated from bronze stage and this stage feed other stages up to Diamond. Once two people comes under you in this stage a STEP OUT FUND of $50 will be paid to you on each of them and you'll get reward on everyone that comes into other levels in the stage, see table below for more info:
